Fixed limit
In Fixed-limit games the betting is structured depending on the blind limits. In the initial and second rounds a bet and/or raise will be subject to the lower limit of the table, while the following two rounds will be restricted to the upper limit of the table.
Using a hypothetical example, if you're playing on a $2/$4 table, both the first and second round can only bet and/or raise in $2 increments. Third and fourth rounds will be restricted to $4 increments only (no more $2 increments will be allowed).
Available at: Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Omaha High-Low.
Pot Limit
In Pot-limit games, the blinds or antes determine the size of the betting. The minimum you can call is a bet and the maximum you can bet is the size of the pot.
Available at: Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Omaha High-Low.
No Limit
At No Limit games the blinds will determine the start off hand, just like in pot limit the minimum raise will be established by the previous player's action. The difference between pot limit and no limit is that a player may raise up to the size of their own stack at any point. Minimum amount raised will be determined by the previous player's action on that same round, if for example first player bets $40, second player could raise at least for $80 or up to the total amount of their chips.
Available at: Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha High-Low, and 7 Card Stud High-Low.
